Core Service Area – Included Travel

The first 20 miles from Tarzana are included in every package. This covers the heart of our day-to-day work: the San Fernando Valley and nearby surrounding neighborhoods.

Central & West San Fernando Valley

Typical neighborhoods and communities include:

  • Tarzana, Encino, Sherman Oaks
  • Woodland Hills, Warner Center
  • Reseda, Lake Balboa, Van Nuys
  • Granada Hills, Northridge

East Valley & Nearby Hills

Often covered within the included radius:

  • Studio City, Valley Village, Toluca Lake
  • North Hollywood (NoHo), Burbank (select areas)
  • Parts of Calabasas & Topanga (depending on address)

How “Included Miles” Work

We calculate distance from our Tarzana base to the property and back. If the round-trip distance is within 20 miles, there’s no additional travel fee.

  • Great for day-to-day listings in the Valley
  • Helps you predict costs on most properties
  • Same transparent structure used on all shoots

Extended Service Areas

We’re happy to travel for the right properties and relationships. Beyond our core zone, a simple mileage rate applies — so you always know where you stand before we confirm the booking.

West – Toward Thousand Oaks

We frequently work west of the core Valley area, including:

  • Calabasas, Hidden Hills (case-by-case)
  • Agoura Hills, Westlake Village
  • Thousand Oaks and nearby communities

Ideal for agents with a mix of Valley and Conejo Valley listings who want a consistent look across their portfolio.

East – Toward Pasadena & Surrounding

When scheduling allows, we also serve select areas to the east:

  • Glendale, La Cañada Flintridge
  • Pasadena and nearby foothill communities
  • Selected Los Angeles city neighborhoods (case-by-case)

Travel time and traffic are factored into scheduling so we can still deliver next-business-day turnaround whenever possible.

North – Santa Clarita Valley

We regularly work with agents in:

  • Valencia, Stevenson Ranch
  • Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country
  • Surrounding Santa Clarita Valley communities

Santa Clarita offers a growing market — and we’re set up to support agents who list across both the Valley and SCV.

For all extended areas, standard mileage applies beyond the first 20 miles from Tarzana (details below in Travel & Mileage).

Travel, Mileage & When We Go “All of Southern California”

Traffic is the only real limiting factor. With reasonable lead time and mileage coverage, we’re open to traveling farther for the right properties, projects, or brokerage relationships.

Standard Travel & Mileage

To keep things simple, we use one clear travel policy that matches what you’ll see on the Packages & Pricing page:

  • First 20 miles from Tarzana: Included in every package
  • Beyond 20 miles: $1.25 per mile round-trip
  • Parking, tolls, or permits (if needed): billed at cost with receipt

We’ll confirm any travel charges with you before we finalize your booking so there are no surprises.

Going Farther – All of Southern California

For special properties or established clients, we’re willing to travel well beyond the core area — including other parts of Los Angeles, Orange County, and selected Southern California markets — as long as:

  • Scheduling and daylight allow for quality coverage
  • Travel time is compensated via mileage and, in some cases, a modest travel block fee
  • The scope of work justifies time away from the primary service area
