No. We work with key access, lockbox, assistant, or concierge. Just confirm property is photo-ready and utilities are on.
Can you accommodate last-minute shoots?
Yes — based on availability. Rush delivery (same-day) is available at **+25%** when booked in advance.
Do I get both photos and a floor plan?
Yes. Every core package includes **HDR images + CubiCasa floor plan** with room labels and total sq ft.
Can I defer payment until closing?
Yes — through our partner program for approved agents/properties. Ask us when booking.
What if I’m not happy with the results?

Do you offer agent headshots or personal branding?
